Centrosaurus WIP

As I continue to work on the T-Rex print I decided to put the next phase of my Prehistoric Beast Homage by beginning to model the other character, the Centrosaurus. He is still a work in progress but I am feeling good about the over all direction. Looking forward to keep working on this one The feet are still in a state where they need nails, wanted to try and bring the whole thing up to a similar level. Still a ways to go.

T-rex Posed and ready to Print

With my recent birthday I was looking forward to begin the process of trying to get some of my digital sculpture 3D printed. One of the pains of being a digital artist is the notion that nothing I make is actually anything more than ones and zeroes. Using my zsphere rigging technique from posing King Under the Mountian, and my resculpted t-rex model I set about posing and prepping a multi-piece model for printing. I am currently explore print services, while silently wondering if I should just haul off and buy one myself.
